I loved that it was fairly clean and quirky, the staff were competent and rooms were modern. The location was perfect, just 5 min walk from a world-famous opera house. And the area was relaxing, adjacent to main sights and opera, Shopping Street and all the main attractions.

I appreciated the elegant decor and the warm atmosphere throughout the hotel. The rooftop bar offered amazing views of Vienna's skyline, especially for us seniors.
More accessible seating in common areas would help.

great stay with fine views but a few minor tweaks needed
The location of the hotel is superb. Breakfast in the rooftop restaurant is really good, with a good spread and amazing views.
The check-in process could be smoother.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the visits to Vienna's Konzerthaus. The kids loved the lively atmosphere, and the concert was a fantastic experience for the whole family. Plus, the rooftop restaurant was a treat with great views of the city.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel offered more family activities. The check-in process with the deposit was a bit confusing, and it would definitely help to streamline that for families.

The hotel is beautifully presented and perfect location, with access to shops and museums. The dining options were excellent, with high-quality food at both the rooftop and downstairs restaurants. Breakfast was good, and the staff were generally pleasant and helpful.
The room design was not user-friendly, lacking privacy due to the open shower and limited storage.

The Standard Room was beautifully decorated and super clean. The bed? Extremely comfortable! I slept really well. Only downside was the shower situation-it opened right into the bedroom area. But overall, loved the vibe and style of the room.

Strongly recommend for a stopover
Comfortable room, really good breakfast, with a great rooftop view over the city, making our stay nice and enjoyable, while the hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from major attractions and only 20 km from the airport.
Nothing negative to say.

We spent 3 nights in a cozy standard room, and I loved enjoying drinks on the rooftop while soaking in the city views and the small plunge pool. While the atmosphere was relaxing, it was a bit tricky to manage the lights in the room, as they all had to be on or off at once. Overall, a lovely stay, and I'd suggest checking out the breakfast at a nearby café instead of the hotel! 😊

The dining options were a culinary celebration! Breakfast was excellent, comparable to the Ritz. I also loved the chic rooftop pool-it's the perfect spot to unwind. Plus, the elegant vibe.
But the room design was a total head-scratcher. The open shower by the bed lacks privacy-imagine showering while your friend awkwardly waits outside. And with no real lounge area, it felt cramped-a bit of a letdown for the price.

missingWrote a review on 03 Augquality breakfastmissing coffee maker
A perfect location makes it easy to explore the historic sites, and the spacious room offered a touch of elegance with a refreshing shower. Breakfast on the rooftop boasted quality offerings with fine views, though it felt slightly overpriced for what it delivered. The gym was well-equipped, but the room layout was less than ideal, with the glass bathroom door and impractical placement of amenities. A coffee maker would have enhanced the experience significantly.
